How do you know what to fix first? Measure it.
Our Operations & Security Assessment puts numbers on the problem before you spend on a fix: two weeks, a fixed fee, and a report that quantifies what manual work and security gaps cost you per year — with a prioritized roadmap, quick wins you can do yourself, and no obligation to hire us for any of it.

Why can a small consultancy deliver this?
The math changed.
Modern AI development tools let one senior builder deliver what used to need a team. We pass that difference to you as fixed fees, not billable hours.
Discipline from a harder industry.
Fourteen years of Department of Defense IT, cybersecurity, and systems engineering before this practice. Every project ships with documentation, a rollback plan, and evidence it works.
You own everything.
Your accounts, your code, your data, from day one. If we disappeared tomorrow, everything keeps working and any competent professional could pick it up.
Frequently asked questions
What does this cost?
The assessment is a fixed fee — $3,500 or $4,500 depending on size, published with the rest of our prices. Projects are fixed-fee against a written scope you approve before we start — no open-ended hourly billing. Every assessment report also includes fixes you can do yourself at no cost.
We're not technical. Is that a problem?
No — it's the point. You'll never get a report you can't read. Every finding comes as a plain sentence with a dollar figure and a recommendation.
Do you replace our IT person or provider?
No. We fix specific expensive problems and hand them back documented. If you have an IT provider, we work alongside them.
How small is too small?
If manual work is costing you more than the assessment fee each year, the assessment pays for itself. Under that, honestly, we'll say so on the first call and point you at fixes you can do yourself.
